How do we block guests from pming members spam?

Ok here is aa copy of a pm a spammer left. Problem is he was a guest and left this pm on my board and my friend's board that i am an admin on.

I am looking to connect with someone in business development in regards to a possible partnership. Would you please let me know who I would need to speak with?..........Thank you, Clayton.

Please tell us how to stop this from happening. Our members are getting these spammed pms.

Guests can not use the private message system.

Did the pm have this in the title - [Contact]?

Yes it did in brackets.

They are using the contact link at the bottom of the page. These pms should only go to the staff.

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Email & Contact Form
You can turn it off if you want.
