Solved How to stop Text hovering

Whenever I hover over white text on my forum it turns black which looks really weird. How can I stop this from happening?

It also does the same thing when I hover over the text boxes

Try this:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Colors
Colors Tab
Hover Link Color:

That is currently set to blue and works properly with links, but with normal white text and text boxes it becomes black when I hover over it.

Which white text exactly are you talking about? When I hover over most of text it changes to a very light blue (cyan).

In threads for all text boxes and for the login also. The Topic Title, description polls, login name, password stuff like that.
