Yes, My problem is about moderators! I have a friend that joined my forum site( http://thepremiumdestroyers.forumotion.com/ ) and his username is mic144. I made him a mod but his user rank still reads starter! He can still do all the forum stuff tho like moderate them and stuff! Help me idk how to fix!

You have to manually give the rank.
Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users > Search Users
Locate mic144 and press the username.
The profile should load now.
Scroll down to the bottom.
