Help me restore to default forumotion domain, please !

Hi everyone,
I have the forumotion, my default forumotion domain is: a3k43.withme.us, and my custom domain is: a3k43.net.
This time, the domain a3k43.net has been inactived. Can you help me restore my domain to the default, please?
I have tried access my forum as both a3k43.withme.us and a3k43.net are not-done.
I have configed "automatic redirect from a3k43.withme.us to a3k43.net" from Admin Control Panel.

I hope to get helps from everyone !!!!!!

Sorry, i've lost my information to access https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
If my domain has reset to original. Or my forum can access by the original domain. So every problem seem OK.

Can you set my forum using original domain a3k43.withme.us?
(this time it auto redirect to custom domain a3k43.net - i can not view).

My personalized domain name didn't purchase from Forumotion.
I can't access both the original address and personalized domain.

You'll need to see the configuration of your domain name.

I've forwarded your issue to our techs anyway, but I think it's related to your redirection.

Hi,

I could not configure my domain from domain-services because it was deactivated for a long times.

Can you disconnect the redirection between my forum and personalize domain (a3k43.net), , redirect original domain for default adress (a3k43.withme.us // a3k43.clubme.net) ?
