Ca't see new topic on my forum

Hi, i'm having problems posting on my site. I sorted this out, then went and found another theme and i can't see anywhere were it says 'new topic' Can you help? here is the link to my forum

If you mean the New Post, Lock, and Reply buttons, check here to see if you have images for them:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode
Buttons Tab

spent all day yesterday finding how to get the new topic button on my forum, but saw this message today and i did as you said, there is now a new topic button on there at last!
