Solved 7 day activation before post???

Hey, this may be a dumb question, but how do I remove the 7 day activation period before posting for my normal users on the forums. Im having to give everyone admin rights to post within that period and not really comfortable with it. Thanks for the help!

Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails: No
