no activation key

Hello. We decided to start another group hoping it will work out better since our group is having issues we cannot solve them all by ourselves and in hopes our group will also run faster. But the problem is I done this twice and no activation key was sent to my email-below is what it tells me but no key is sent. Can you help please?

As for your issue, have you checked in all the folders in your email? It may be in Spam, or in Junk.

Yes and it didn't come and I even did a test to myself to make sure the email worked and it does work. I done it twice as it said the group doesn't exist yet it contridicted that with the activation key

Ok now a different issue-I got the forum but it won't accept my user and password-can you help please?

The username is Admin, and the password is what you used to create the forum.

Ok it is taken care of and thank you. But actually one more question-why are they adding new things to the groups like the "like and dislike" icons and yet they don't seem to be able to fix what we already have-groups keep running slow and it appears to be in all due respect that would be the main concern in here. I been wondering about that for quite sometime
