Create customized profile fields. You will have to manually enter the points. There is only one points system on Forumotion forums.

Well Unless you renamed Reputation to a points one but you wouldn't get the same amount of points like you will get with the normal FM Points System

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users > Profiles
