Profil Fields and Theme Settings

Hey, guys. I have two problems to solve and I need some help.

1. On the printscreen you see my forum title. I wanna change it. It says "Star Academy", but I've changed my forum name, so I also wanna change the title. How can I do it?

2. I wanna add a profile field (just like on the screen, again, circled in red). I know how to do it, but don't know how to make its settings the field to be filled ONLY by administrators and moderators?

And one more thing: this yellow line (some kind of separator?), on the second picture - how to make it appear again? I know it is something in Theme Settings, because I've edited it, but I don't know what I've done to remove it. It is not neccessary to be yellow, I'm just showing where I want it to be.

Solution for your first issue:

1) ACP.
2) Advanced mode.
3) General tab.
4) Search engines under Forum Promotion.

Second one:

1) ACP.
2) Advanced mode.
3) Users & Gorups tab.
4) Profile under Users.
5) Add a new field (as you said you want to) .
6) Who can modify the profile field by value: Moderators.
7) Save.

But about the first one - I cant find the underlined step.

Find where it says star academy in search engines and change it.

ACP >> General Tab >> Forum Promotion >> Search Engines >> Homepage title :

You can change it there.
