How to make a custom theme

Hi, i know what you all are going to say, but it never answers the question, so how do you make a custom theme like this: http://www.darkartsgfx.com/forum.php

You learn HTML and CSS, then put it together.

it all has to do with coding as mentioned above... first you need to code out the theme... on like say notepad or off the web, than you need to copy and paste it into the acp panel and hit save, it will than save the theme

NOTE: these kind of themes are little risky becuase you must get the coding 100% correct or could mess up features and other stuff, i have seen tons of cases with it on this forum... if you decide to do try and do it correctly.

Well first of all I was being sarcastic and simplistic in my reply to a loaded question, there is no way to explain what he asked in a post. It takes years of learning CSS and HTML and practice to design and "make" a theme.

Its like someone asking you, how do you make a car?
