Users cannot see links

Today a user on my forum was looking through links when suddenly he couldn't see the link or the image. How can I edit these special rights? I've forgotten how to do it because I did it a long time ago, then changed the template, and I guess it got changed... how can I edit the capability of members access regarding links and images?

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Go through the permissions of each forum and look for these at the top of each permission page -
See images in messages: (drop-down menu)
See links in message: (drop-down menu)
