[HELP] AVATAR RESIZE

Guys,

I am a forum admin from one site using the punpbb.

Can someone from here help me how to resize default size of avatar from 64kb to 200kb?

I can adjust only the width and height of avatar but the size of the file cannot be adjusted.

I want to change the default 64kb to 200kb size so our registered members can upload their gif images using the
200x200 width/height and 200kb file size.

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width cannot exceed 200 pixels, the height cannot exceed 200 pixels, and the file size cannot be higher than 64 KB.
