links can only be seen by admins

links can only be seen by admins - we are getting this message on a new forum section i added.... the web link in the signatures and photos added to posts can only be seen by our admins and not members.... for the life of me i cant remember what ive done wrong ... help please !!

This has happened on a site I joined a year and a half ago as well.

You'll have to do the following steps listed below:

1. Go to your Administrating Panel.
2. Click on the General tab then, click on "Categories & Forums."
3. You'll have to go throughout every Forum's Permission to change the permission. You'll be looking for the following:
See images in the messages :
See links in the messages:
(Make sure that both a set to Members. Then, save it. Hope this helps.
