i havent got to acess the page why ?

hi. My prob is that often time i replay the post and type my mesage and i see my mesg is not posted and forum show this message "information you dont have to accesses this page" an i am admin of forum . Plz solved it what i do ?

ok thanks. And 1 other Question i creat a new topic in my forum for information and help about chat for user So i cnt post a large mesg . If i post 5,to 6 mesg in the topic than its called spam or not ? If i do this than my forum is baned ? My aim is just post information but i cnt post all information in 1 post so i post 5 to 6 post at the time so this is againt of rule or not ?

On your own forum, you can post as many messages as you want. You can post any number of messages on your forum in a row.

ok thanks for understanding. I im confused bez i see in term and rules that if some 1 make spam on his forum than his forum is baned... And i posted in 1 topic as many post mesges it seem flood but this is just information topic is in lock mood .
