My Chatbox Will Not Appear

My chatbox on my forum, http://bearpaws.forumotion.com/ will not appear UNLESS I assign it to be at the bottom of the homepage. The only problem is that 1.) I want it at the top. and 2.) Even if it was at the bottom, it makes all of my categories disappear! Please help me!

This has happened a lot, apparently. Please take note of the following steps I'll provide and see if anything will work:

1. Clear your BROWSER cache and cookies then re-log in because sometimes, the person changing the effects of the forum will get a whack out result because of uncleared cache
2. Please run an error console in your forum to check if there's an error with the coding (Error console is in your browser)
3. Please post your forum url and state your forum version if the version you're using is not the one in your profile as stated

I tried clearing the cache and cookies, but that did not work. And my forum is the same as it shows in my profile but.... I cannot figure out where to run the error console. Does anyone know how to for firefox on a macbook pro?

no, it's called bearpaws but it's my forum, like i am the main (founder) admin, and the only admin on the forum, so I cannot be banned. and I just figured out how to do the error console, but I do not know what they all mean and how to solve them.

I don't think I got banned from my own chatbox, I think that it is a glitch that just needs to be fixed, because I can join the chatbox if I go down to the who is online section and click join the chatbox and it opens a new tab with the chatbox being the entire screen. It just does not appear on the homepage.
