How to add a banner!

Hello!! I would like to know how to add a banner to my forum!!

It need it to cover the top part but it doesn't !!

I've taken a look at the CSS for your logo and I can move the banner up a bit more to cover the space at the top. If you would like this, please add this to your CSS:

}

It there any way to cover the top just a tad more!!!

Yep, please add this instead:

margin-top: -19px !important;
}

If you wish, you can change the -19px to a different number.

Uhm, ma'am, what text do you want me to put in and is there any specific font you'd like me to use? If so, please provide the download link for it and I'll get to working asap.

I cropped and removed the Japanese text so it'd be neat.

EDIT :- I tried the banner on my forum, It look really awesome but 1 problem is the size! Sorry but can you please re-size it and sorry for not telling you earlier
