New "announcement" type thing

I need to add another option to the thing that lets you choose what type of post it is. Is there a way to do that?

Yeah. I want to be able to select "Contest" as a type of post.

AP>Display>Pictures & Colours>Pics management

topics icons tab. Add in there and "Save".
