swapping owner/founders over

Hi

The owner/founder of our forum wants to hand over ownership to me of the forum but still wants to be a member
and retain his username and posts and so do i want to retain my username and posts.
I am an Administrator already on the forum.
How do we go about changing the ownership/founder over to me and still achieve the above ?
We do not want to swap accounts with each other or lose any post we both have made.

Sorry there is not a way to keep your posts when changing accounts. The founder will have to repost all his/hers post with a new account.
