Editing portal through CSS
Is it possible to edit the portal through CSS? Because currently I think you can only edit the main forums through CSS. (phpbb3)
Although, I have barely any knowledge about CSS anyway, so I may be wrong. Anyhow, please inform me on how I would go around doing it.

I'd like to change how the widgets are arranged (currently they are only available as columns.)

You can add widgets at the top, bottom, left side, middle, and right side. How do you want them?

Ah, okay. While on this topic, is there also a tutorial that shows how to make widgets?
