my announcement #2 doesn't show, help me?
^This is setting for it, i've played around with it but still not working.

chatbox one contains info of how to use new ChatBox i installed.
And I don't want scrolling!

Nopes, it can't come below it. If you want to add something below it without the scrolling. Then all of the content should go into just one announcement.
