Thanks button problem

Hi i have made this forum http://biologiko.forumgreek.com/ and i cant add the thanks button in messages. I have done everything i read here https://help.forumotion.com/t38434-reputation-system-evaluation-thanks-button and activate the choise of thanks button but still is not appear. Can someone help me? Thanks a lot.

Check to see if you have images for the two thank buttons:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode

Well i find javascript, i turn it on but i dont have codes there.

Do you know, only the thread starters sees the thank button.

Now i am confused...the thanks button is not a ability available to everyone to say thanks to someone post? ....Anyway me i want to add to my forum the ability of buttons like and thanks so the members can say that they like one post or thank for that. Can anyone help how to do that?

Nopes, the thanks button will only appear to the thread starter. For example, I start a thread & then you reply to it. I can only thank you. You cannot thank me.
Alternatively, you can see the Like thing SLGray posted.

That like system is only for phpbb3 & Invision.
You are using Phpbb2.

So ig i use Phpbb2 i cant have thanks and like button?

Whell i change to phbb3 so i can use the like button.
I have 2 questions:
1) appears on left of post +\- and if i press turn to green, how i change this icons +\- and how remove it to the bottom each topic?
2) When i do this
