Domain Name trouble
My custom domain name which I purchased seperately is expiring. In preperation for this, I wanted to change the domain back so I removed the customization part - now when I try to go to my forumotion domain it fails...
My domain name was www.vowunited.com and my forumotion domain name was http://darkhorse.up-your.net but when I go to either I get "https://www.forumotion.com/en/search/www.vowunited.com" which then states "The forum www.vowunited.com doesn't exist.Verify the internet address you typed: www.vowunited.com,and try again if there is a mistake. It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it." - This happened immediately - what happened?
Thanks!

Re: Domain Name trouble
update - in case this happens to anyone else...
I haven't solved it yet but at least I'm able to get TO my forum again by adding "forum" to the URL - eg http://darkhorse.up-your.net/forum - but I'd like it to work with just the domain name as it did originally - also my portal page button doesn't work but you can still get to it via http://darkhorse.up-your.net/?pid=1 (which users aren't going to remember).

Re: Domain Name trouble
I didn't double post - I updated it with more information - and since it was ALREADY at the top - it wasn't a bump..
Yes the link works now - it seems it takes some time before the change takes full effect. I would recommend a notice that it may take some time before the forumotion domain works again. I checked 48 hours later but it may be sooner than that.
