Problem with Buttons

in the buttons in administration in display in pictures management i add a button press on save and it dosent appear in the topic

Which button is it? What kind of image is it?

Will thanks button i got the topic already thanked and thank button image and i actually took it from examples so nothing wrong with image and still cant see it

The thanks button will only appear to those who have created the thread. As SLGray explained above. You will not see it if you're a responder to the thread.
