Solved How can I make my whole forum (site) private?

I'd like it to be totally private where nothing at all can be viewed unless permission is given.. like for members only.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Set your forum on-construction.
Go to ACP > General > Forum > Configuration > General section (Find this):
Forum in construction: (Set it to Yes)

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Uncheck all the boxes for guests in each forum's permission.

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Special Rights
Change them to members or staff.

Administration Panel > Modules > Portal/Widgets > Forum Widgets
Press the permission image on each widget and uncheck the box for guests.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.
