Why does this happen with everything I post a reply to

In fact, I am getting it on this forum too. When I post a new topic this is a screen shot of where the posting box is.... right down at the bottom...
The host it add file link isn't working on here for the screen shot!

It looks like I am going to have to save the screen shot I took into photobucket and then add it on here..

OK hopefully this will do it. Why does this happen with everything I post a reply to ScreenShot2013-06-04at205015_zps3e9078df

As you will see I have to type my reply in the white box but it is at the very bottom where it is overlaid by the preview send and Options section!

Please don't double/triple post. Your post need to be separated by 24 hours before bumping, replying or adding more information. Please use the edit button instead!
