How to Moderate User
Hi, I have tried to moderate a user by putting them in the moderator group. Yet they still don't have moderation powers, claiming that they can't see the moderation tools at the bottom of a post, help?

Re: How to Moderate User
Did you add the member to the group in the administration panel?

Yes, I have. Everyone else in that group has powers, including me. But she claims that she doesn't.

Ask the member to take a screenshot of the area where the moderation tools should be.
Also you could ask if you can log in with the member's account to check.

Yes, I have. She didn't have the moderation tools - it was just as she'd said.

Re: How to Moderate User
View the User profile -> Administrate User profile -> Permission Tab , then set the permission you want to moderate by him/her.
