Move the Footer in HTML Page

I'm creating an HTML page, but I need the footer moved to the bottom.

Could you circle what exactly you mean by footer?

The forum footer is behind everything else and at the top under the navbar.

Could you post a screenshot on how you created this page in the administration panel?

I used a WYSIWYG Web Editor to make this page:
I used the HTML code it generated and copied it into a new HTML page. I replaced all of the img src's with urls from the files I uploaded to ServImg.
I'm thinking of posting a tutorial on adding a page like this, but I'm not sure if it would violate the rules since it's using "third party scripts" :DI do want to keep the header at least if at all possible. Thanks!
