Solved Issues with sending password request... and...

Hi all, not sure I am on the right spot here, but could not enter any of the other forums.

I have been off my forum for a while and a friend of mine been dealing with it, I am still the head admin and now I cant log in.
I cant locate my password and therefore tried to request it, I cant change it there, but have it sent to me but its not working at all.

Everything I put down in the info and which email to send to (i have the right email, the other admin told me) it just blinks off and nothing happens.

Please help me someone. =)
