Credits purchased not updated

I purchased 4000 credits via paypal for the forum spiritual-walkers.forumgreek.com on Saturday July 20, 2013. Paypal is a verified account and the transaction shows as successfully completed. Did i do something wrong? After the purchase the credits should have been added to my current balance. Instead i only see the credits i had left before the transaction.
Please assist me.

Do you see the credits in the list that is in the administration panel?

No. I don't see the credits. Only the balance i had before the purchase. That is 500 credits, the credits i had before the purchase. If you require a screenshot of the paypal transaction i can provide. It appears completed successfully, 33.66 Euros for 4000 credits. A good 5 business days have passed, there shouldn't be any issues regarding credit card transfer, two years ago i did the same thing and it was instant.
Please look into this matter as i need to renew the ad-block feature, which is nearing expiration.

sent a pm as requested yesterday, with 2 imagesack links. still no news. 2 weeks passed, that is 10 business days. last time i did this i had no issues, it was instant. what's wrong. please help.
