Can you take a screenshot from your admin panel of the "Additional tags"? I'd like to see the complete meta tag you have right now.
Of course you have a google account at webmaster tools and you're clicking the "verfiy" link from your account, right?

The screenshot should look something like this for the complete meta tag. This is actually 2 meta tags one for bing the other for google.
If you go to AP>>General>>Search Engines>>
On that page scroll down and you should see the complete meta tag. That's what I need to see the complete meta tag. thanks

That's Ok. Well the code looks correct. Is your forum is still setting in your google webmaster tools page waiting to be verified? If so and it should, go back to your google webmaster tools page and copy the code again. Delete the old code from your forum in the admin panel under additional tags by clicking that red X by the meta tag and add the new code and do it all over again.
