I have forgot how to remove that ''and I am older than 13 years''. (Remove that part of registration button)

Try this: ACP --> Users and Groups --> Birthdays --> Minimum user age --> Change from 13 to something like 1.

I know you're talking about the terms of service page before registering but I don't actually see where it says "I am older than 13 years" Could you link me to your forum?

Now don't quote me on this (I think a staff member will have to confirm) but you cannot modify base terms of service and your forum has come with this so I don't think you can modify it.

Derri is correct. You can not edit the original information on that page. You can only add to it.
