Forumotion Forum Account not activated

Hi,
My brother is trying to register here he has received the first mail of his registration but his account has not activated yet at forumotion. He still waiting the activation. Is it possible to check and activate his account?

Hi,

Where is he trying to register at? If he has registered here at the English Support Forum, he should've had received an email, inside the email there's a link which will redirect you to activate your account; once the message pops out that your account has been activated you can log in.

If you're speaking of a differnet forum that is hosted by Forumotion, the owner has either accounts activated by admins only, that you will have to wait or try contacting them. On the footer there should be a link that titles: "Contact," you can contact the admins through there. They should receive the message on their account as a PM.

Yes for my brother. He has register his forum at www.forumgreek.com and he tried to register here for support.Could you activate his account?

You will need to contact Sanket by private message about this, because you will need to give information that does not need to be posted on a public forum.
