hello, sorry but I can not find this:
I accidently activated an account before we know who the person is.
Can I undo that??

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Search Users
Locate the username of the account you are referring to and press the username. The profile will load. Then scroll all the way down to the bottom and look for this:

User is active: No


account Slgray10

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.
