Solved How can I add boxes in Profile Fields on Topic View?

Good Morning Dear all,
How can I put these fields in boxes https://i.imgur.com/pWITbk3.png in topic view and justify them to center? (one box for each profile field).

Good Morning Dear all,
I have found solution in my problem using this topic https://help.forumotion.com/t128125-post-profile?highlight=boxes+in+profile and I was made some changes in CSS.

So this problem has been solved.
