I don't know about webmaster tools

Must I add my forum to this site ? How to do it ?

MUST you add your site to that? No. You don't have to do any such thing. As for how to... well as this isn't exactly directed to the running and maintenance of your forum I am not sure that it really belongs. However, with the link you provided, it looks like you simply have to add the URL in the box at the bottom and click the button which says "add site".

I tried to add my forum in this site but I coud not to do it and I don't know why

Upload an HTML file to your site.

2. Upload the file to http://rp-central.forumotion.com/
3. Confirm successful upload by visiting http://rp-central.forumotion.com/googled57712b240b13743.html in your browser.
4. Click Verify below.
To stay verified, don't remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.

As I am not sure where you would have to upload the file (if at all possible) I'm afraid I can't really help here... But like I said... this isn't exactly related to your forums maintenance...

When I have to do
2. Upload the file to http://antiseksualai.forumlt.com/
than must I do this: Admin Panel -> General -> Forum Promotion -> Search Engines -> Meta Tags. Your google meta tag MUST go in the top of this box at the very start or it wont work. Add the meta tag and save ?

I can't do this in the Admin Panel -> General -> Forum Promotion -> Search Engines -> Meta Tags because in my forum there is not any Search Engines -> Meta Tags. Why ?

You are not in the advanced mode. Press the advanced button by the simple button.

I know that need to push button PrtScSysLk that to take a photo of the internet page and I know how to save it to my computer but I don't know how to put this picture in the forum then. What to do ?

Did you press the advanced mode button in the administration panel to see what you can not see in the simple mode?

I switched advanced mode and I did the optimisation. This problem is solved.
