Help with Threads and Groups.

Hello,

I have currently been looking for a way to give someone permissions to make a post in the forum, but not to be able to see other members posts? Is that possible? So.
I would like it so people can see the "Stickied" posts that moderators make. But i don't want the members to see other members posts in the forums. But they can still make a post. Then i would like specific groups to be able to see the posts that the members post on that forums. Is this possible? If so, how?

Well you can set it up where members can start a topic in a certain forum, but you can not have it where other members can not see that topic while the topic starter can see it.
