My Facebook Share Buttons Doesnt Show Pics.

Ok, when share from my forum to my facebook page, the photos don't transfer across. I have tried everything. What have I missed?

Are you sharing a topic that only has an image?

No I am doing a whole topic, like text and images, hit share and it shares the text but not the image

Sharing a link is not the same as sharing a photo. When sharing a link, facebook has a detection system for the photos of the page shared. This is usually the header of the forum. The main reason it is not detecting your header is because:

1. You have a gif header banner.
2. You have a swf header banner.
3. You have a CSS modified header banner.

Ok so do I change it or is there nothing I can do about it?

There is a javascript and HTML combination code that could determine what images to show with the link (which is what hackers do when they use the "play video button" when it actually takes you to a link), but I will avoid posting that since it is against the Facebook Terms of Use.

LOL I don't know all that technological talk anyway but thanks heaps for you help, I'll just do the facebook page manually!
