Credits

I purchased 2000 credits about 24 hrs ago and I still havent received the credits..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked your forum and you bought 2000 credits on 17 March and used it to remove ads.

Yes that was in 2013. but i bought another years worth 2000 credits yesterday march 17 2014 to use for ad removel and still have not received them to put towards another year. in the past it has only taken 10 min or so, but this time it has just keeps saying You have 0 credits. I have paypal recipt if you need it

If you send Buttercup the following information:

URL of Forum
Screenshot of the Paypal receipt/conformation of purchase
Number of missing credits

Please do this via private message as obviously with it dealing with paypal you don't want that showing on public forums. If you do that then hopefully it can be resolved.
