how to regain my old admin password

I created a forum but changed my password and email immediate I activated and logged into it.

Right now, i have forgotten the password but still have the email althought the email is no longer in use. I want a way to get it back incase of necessity.

Is there a way to get back to old password i used in creating the forum.
