Template error when resetting password
When a user tries to reset their password they will get a white screen with the following error message if they input wrong Username/email address:
Template->make_filename(): Error - file message_inline.tpl does not exist
Edit: I have not edited any of the templates and my forum is an Invision forum. No css or js changes for the page.

Re: Template error when resetting password
Is this after they have logged onto the forum?

Re: Template error when resetting password
This is before they login.
They forget their login...so they go to the page for ppl who forgot their password. They type in their user name and email. If they mistyped the information and click save....it sends them to a white screen with the above mentioned error.

Re: Template error when resetting password
It even does it on the help site here
Demo:
Go to
https://help.forumotion.com/profile?mode=sendpassword
Type in an incorrect user name and email address.
It will give you a white screen with a programming error.

I get this message:
The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.

Re: Template error when resetting password
I'm using my mobile phone to do this. I guess that is the cause. I tried mobile Firefox and chrome with the same result. It works fine if you use the valid info for the account.
Edit: Yes it appears only on mobile devices. I am using the new HTC one.

Re: Template error when resetting password
Yes, but I don't have a desktop to test from.
I did switch from desktop mode to the mobile site and did not get the error.
