I am dealing with trolls

Hi there,

On my forum I am dealing with horrible trolls and I know who they are and where they are from. A couple days ago a mod was banned for rudeness and over using her powers and cussing us out. I banned her and she told a couple of her friends and they keep coming and trolling I have banned their IP & they keep coming back. They have spammed our forums countless of times with a bunch of meaningless posts, they create more accounts and spam the CB . My staff and I have gotten tired of banning them and their IP addresses and their posts they spam it is just dumb. At one point I had to put the option for no new members could join and I gotten PMs that people wanted to join. They write horrible messages and I also have screen shots as I pretended to be a new member on their forum and screen shot what they said. in one of them they want a hacker to "destroy" my site and the worst thing is their staff is on their side as I tried to contact them and they dont care. In our site we keep bios for record purposes not hacking/thieving their bios but to keep track and they keep threatening us as well its quite annoying here are the screen shots :

Hello LeWolfAddict,

There isn't much we can do with personal conflicts between forums. The only things you can do are :

• IP ban the member(s) spamming your forum
  
• Work out your problems with the member(s) in a neutral environment
  

You can perform a litigation against a forum only if it breaks Forumotion's ToS.

What if the other forum is formution as well? isnt that like harassment ?

Action will only be taken if that Forumotion forum is breaking the Terms of Service.

I am seriously to the point of deleting my site because of them

what that count towards it? they are attacking us?

Harassment could be considered breaking the Terms of Services, but it depends on how it is done (hacking). 

Quick Question:  Is this over you not deleting their accounts?

As you can see the screen shots taken, they keep creating accounts. They harassed a member, you can talk to him if you'd like. They wont leave us alone even when I have banned them 10+ times, my staff and I are feed up I have another screen shot of her to troll my site

To answer your question I do delete their accounts its their bio we need for purposes

The member said all he/she wanted was for their bio to be deleted.

Well it also says we can delete all of them right? well thats the only message we have from them and its does not give up personal info
