Usergroup rank above guests below members
I have set Guests to View Forum only, and Members to View Forum, Read Topics, Open Topics & Reply to Message. The forum is a closed forum for my company staff only.
I would like to create a username called VIPGuest where this person is allowed to View Forum & Read Topics only and not allowed to Open Topics or Reply to Message.
I am setting a preset password for this VIPGuest and anyone given this username and password cannot edit the password.
How do I do that? Please help! TQ!

Re: Usergroup rank above guests below members
Thanks, qmars(pkq)!
I tried creating a new group under Group Administration, but have problem with the permissions control.
My desired permissions:
In the above, when I set Reply to Message for VIPGuests as "No", the setting for Reply to Message for Members automatically changed to "No" as well. I cannot edit it to "Yes".
Seems like the new group ranking can only be higher than Members. In my case, what I desire is for the VIPGuests to be ranked higher than the Guests but lower than the Members.
I believe the problem is in Group Order. I tried setting different Group Orders for VIPGuests but still doesn't seem to work.

Re: Usergroup rank above guests below members
if im not right its depends on your Group Order
so what is order of your member?
and what number is order of your vipguest?
also u can uncheck member on Permissions and check Permissions of user group one by one

If you check the box for members, all groups' boxes will be checked, too.
