Solved Changing Members' Usergroup

Is there anyway to allow one Usergroup or Moderators to have permissions that would allow them to place or remove other forum members Usergroups?

Hello,


The only people who can add or remove people from a group are: A), A forum administrator , B) The group moderator. Anyone else can not Sad.
