Usergroups not showing correctly + Users can't register

I renamed "Administrator" and removed "Moderator" usergroups and added new ones, but the new ones don't show (they are closed, not hidden) and it still shows the standard "[ Administrator ] [ Moderator ]" legend. Please help!

Also, everything inside the admin panel is configured correctly to allow new users to register, but they still cannot register?

   Users >> Users options >>  Allow new members : YES Save

Step 2
ACP >> General Tab>>
 Forum >>  Forum in construction NO
Forum on holiday : NO Save

Hmm That is really strange i have looked over your account and can not see any problem's at all.

Have you changed anything in your templates at all if you have done any change in it please. Follow this last step before i send this to Buttercup to see what is wrong.

ACP >> Display Tab  >>    Templates >>

• Usergroups >> Force the default templates : YES and then save then see if that gives you any change as Only Founders can see this setting and Co admin can not

I just registered successfully So I think that problem could be solved. Unless you get an error message when people try and sign up?

Is it possible you could take a screenshot of the group administration page? Just so we can see everything as it should appear?

I think I'll make a report to our Pro Admin about this as it seems like a glitch on your forum.

However before I do:

Have you tried using another theme? It could be the theme you're using has some CSS code which is perhaps effecting the themes legend (You can see if you have any CSS by going to ACP --> Display --> Colors --> Style Sheet)

You could also try: ACP --> General --> Configuration --> Resynchronize your forum. This can sometimes get solve minor problems.

Derri there is no CSS files in there mate I have a test account on there and I have looked over all of them the only one I could not take a look at was the templates but as the member has now said that he has not done nothing to them this now looks like a problem with that forum.

I will now send this on to buttercup for more help

I have made a report on this matter for you and our Pro-Admin will get back to you tomorrow I hope as she is out of the office until tomorrow morning French time Zone. about 8 or 9am.

she may need to send this off to the tech staff for them to see why this is going on.
