Announcements and Pinned

Hello! i need help

I cannot locate where to move my global announcement and pinned post to the top of my forums so that my members will definitely notice it. Please help. Sad

Messages Section
Separate announcements and stickies from the messages: No [] With a line [] With a table []

i change the settings. i choose "in line" and "separate" options but still the same output. the announcements and pinned post are still below the forums.

There is not an option for that.

Im sorry sir but i think we misunderstand. I want to be my pinned post and announcements are at the top of my forums..

I understand what you want, but there is no option to move the sub-forums in the administration panel. Someone might know a way to do it by using a code.
