Weird Spacing Issue Empty Weird Spacing Issue

All of a sudden in the last week or so we have this weird spacing issue within all of our messages and posts. 
You do not see it when you are composing the reply or the original post but as soon as you post it there appears to be multiple blank lines between the actual lines. 
It's as if the spacing was changed to 1 1/2 or 2??? 
We have not made any changes to theme or anything else that we can figure out. 
Does anyone have any ideas by chance?

Please don't use bold or color and keep to the default text. This is reserved for the staff for moderation.

Are you using the WYSIWYG mode?  If yes, it adds spaces.

I am sorry I completely forgot about not using bold as it is just a habit 

Thank you for your advice I will go check it out and see what I can do to fix it
