Who is Online NOT showing!

I turned off the "Show how many users have been connected in the last 24 hours" but decided to turn it back on due to the inconvenience of board members. However, the Who is Online section still isn't appearing and no one can see who is online. How do I get it to show up again?

I have the forum set so that guests can't see anything in it, but I'll supply an IMG of what the front page looks like. The Who is Online section is normally supposed to be below the forum and above the footer, but for mine it is not, and I have "Show online users in the last 24 hours" section enabled in the Display > Generalities section.

For sake of ease in helping, I'll also supply an IMG showing that I do have it enabled. It's just not showing up for some reason???

Does anyone know what's wrong?

UPDATE: I figured out where to go to bring the box back. This topic is solved.
