Account Activation

I wanted to know if there was a way to make the accounts active as soon as they are made without User or Admin verifying it?

There is an option for this at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Users options (on the left, under Users)
4. Select 'New accounts activation : No activation'

Would that make it so there abilities of able to use their account is limited or no?

That only makes it where when they finish creating their accounts, the accounts are activated, and the members can log in.
