Hmm really strange i have ran a test on there and found the forum to be running really fast and i have had no problems making a post at all. can i ask was that your account or a members with No Admin or modding right's ?

Not sure what the problem is as i have made a post and used that forum you have linked me to can i ask what account you are using as your screen shot shows some other account and not your own.
