Password problems (Lost your Founder's Password?)

I am currently in process of transfer of ownership with former/current founder . It is possible that one of these scenarios ( from link above ) is what is preventing any successful attempts . One problem is we are both at each others mercy to commit time to continue this failing process . Another is the steps are short and vague and easy to misinterpret .

information fitting one of the scenarios listed in  Password problems (Lost your Founder's Password?) . Correct ?

The reason I have to get and be so specific is I have to copy and paste every detail and submit them to him and hope he does it right . So far this method isn't working ...lol
It's very clear. The founder who is leaving will provide the new founder with the username and password, and the e-mail and password to the utilities tool. Then, you can change all that. this last sentence was another attempt to figure out another one of the wacky features in forumation  . All I wanted to do is quote you .

LOL did you delete my statement that it is not so clear ?

That's all for tonight . Thank you for your help and time .

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Are you referring to the original founder's posts and topics?

I don't remember mentioning any posts or topics . But like every other label here I find I do not know their meaning .

LOL It will be once I learn it .

It seems we both are having literacy issues . If you read my posts than you wouldn't have needed to ask . Unless you just didn't understand .

How come you are allowed to double post ?

Wait a minute, your profile says English.  Is English your first language?

If it is a lost password, the original founder will need to come and ask for help.
